Opposition Watch: Mauritania to face Algeria in a friendly

Zambia’s Qatar 2022 World Cup qualifiers opponents Mauritania will face African Champions Algeria in Blida in a friendly match on June 3, 2021.

Following the postponement of the start of the World Cup qualifiers from June to September 2021, Mauritania has moved quickly to secure a friendly match against the Desert Foxes.

Mauritania will use the match to test themselves against the highly tactical North Africans.

Mauritania is in the same group with Tunisia and Zambia. Equatorial Guinea is the other side .

The Chipolopolo Boys will face Mauritania away in the opening fixture of the Qatar 2022 World Cup qualifiers in September.
