Nkana edge Red Arrows to move to 3rd placeĀ 

Record 13 time MTN Super League Champions, Nkana edged defending Champions Red Arrows 2-1 to move up to 3rd place. 

Jacob Ngulube put Nkana in the lead seven minutes into the match at Nkoloma Stadium on Sunday afternoon. 

Angel Lubamba leveled matters for the Airmen a minute into the second stanza as they started the second half on a bright note. 

Youngster Emmanuel Mutale however scored the winner for Kalampa in the 70th minute to seal a 2-1 win for Aba Red. 

The win takes Nkana to 46 points after 27 matches and they have leapfrogged Kabwe Warriors into third place.

On Saturday, Fredrick Mwimanzi scored twice as ZANACO came from a goal down to beat ZESCO United 2-1. 

Green Buffaloes beat Mutondo Stars by a narrow 1-0 scoreline courtesy of a Chilimba Moonga goal. 

Mufulira Wanderers beat Green Eagles 2-1 while goals from Biston Banda and Andrew Phiri gave FC MUZA a comfortable 2-0 win over Kabwe Warriors. 

Log leaders, Power Dynamos opened a three point lead at the summit after a 2-0 win over Lumwana Radiants. 

Dominic Chanda and Austin Muwowo scored a goal each for Aba Yellow who moved to 51 points. 

Atletico Lusaka played to a goalless draw with Nchanga Rangers, Forest Rangers and NAPSA Stars played to a barren draw same as Nkwazi and Indeni.
