MTN Super League side Mutondo Stars have confirmed the appointment of Chewe Mulenga as the new head coach.
Mulenga takes over from Ronald Mukosha who has since moved to ZPL Men’s National League side Forest Rangers.
Mutondo have also appointed Themba Mwanza as First Assistant Coach who replaces Henry Chama who recently left the club following a mutual separation.
“Following the departure of the Head Coach – Ronald Mukosha and his Assistant – Henry Chama from the club on resignation and mutual separation respectively, Mutondo Stars Football Club is pleased to announce the appointments of Chewe Mulenga as Head Coach and Andrew Themba Mwanza as First Assistant Coach.
Both bring extensive experience and a winning mentality that aligns with our club’s vision and ambitions.

The club has also confirmed the departure of the two Congolese players – Kiala Wa Kiala and Jonathan Mutombo Kabeya who have joined ZANACO FC and Konkola Blades Football Clubs, respectively.
