Musakanya eying a win in Chipolopolo’s first game of the CHAN tournament

Zesco United winger Bruce Musakaya believes chipolopolo boys are ready for the first game against Tanzania at the ongoing 2020 African Nations Championship.

Musakanya believes the first game is always key in a tournament and feels it will give the team confidence going forward.

Musakanya having had a CHAN tournament experience having been part of the Zambia national team at the 2015 edition under Honor Janza believes the team should work hard. He went on to call on the fans to support the team throughout the tournament.

“We have been preparing well for the game against Tanzania I think with the friendlies we have had, the Mini tournament that we had we have seen where we are and we preparing and have learned the mistakes that we had and we have worked on them,” he said.

“It’s very important to start with a win in a tournament, it gives you confidence much confidence with the coming games especially that we are playing our neighbors Tanzania it won’t be. Easy but we just need to work extra hard and get a win,”

”For our fans, they need to be with us they need to support us, and we need to work extra hard so that the fans can be impressed with our performance,” he added.
