Emmanuel Mayuka was named in the starting line-up for French Ligue 2 side Metz when they suffered a set back in the promotion race with a 1 – 0 home loss to
Mayuka who the other week returned from injury to contribute a goal in his team’s 3 – 1 cup game win could not find the back of the net this time around despite playing the entire game.
The loss on Saturday leaves Metz in third position 2 points adrift of the top two teams who are both on 29 points.
The 25 year old striker has this season played 6 games with a return of 1 goals in the league.

Continue working hard Mayuka, you will soon be called to the national team.
Its good that mayuka is playing week in and week out unlikely warming the bench.he should continue working hard goals will start coming, very soon he will rediscover his scoring form I just wish him and his team all the best of lucky.
Mayuka uu uu he is not yet there. Even in lower division he can’t tick. Let us just groom other young strikers to take up the challenge.
Mayuka is one of the most valuable player at his club and he is also working hard thats why the technical team have so much trust in him.if he continue enjoying game time he will start banking in goals. but at least his presence is felt scoring two goals in seven games is very bad. consistence is need in his performance and hopefully he wont pick injuries.
Can the real Mayuka stand up, where has all the passion ans enthusiasm in this guy gone?
scoring two goals in seven games is not too bad
I think he has a psychological problem . He needs a psychologist. How come he seems to lack self-belief.
