After exciting action in Kabwe and Kitwe on Saturday, Lusaka will today join the 2025 ABSA Cup frenzy as a double header comes alive at Nkoloma Stadium.
Yesterday Kabwe hosted the ABSA Cup for the first time with Kansanshi Dynamos thrashing Green Buffaloes 4-1 before Ted Arrows could demolish Mpulungu Harbour 6-1.
Action will continue at Railway Ground this afternoon as exciting youthful Bart’s FC face record 6 time winners ZESCO United in a lunchtime kick-off followed by a ‘power battle’ between Air Power and Super League log leaders Power Dynamos at 15h00.
At Nkoloma Stadium in Lusaka, Prison Leopards will take on Green Eagles in a service derby at lunchtime before the Lusaka Province representatives Makeni All Stars FC take to the pitch against Kabwe Warriors at 15h00.
Ticket prices are set at K150 for VIP, K100 for grandstand while K20 fetches you an Open Wing ticket.
The winners of this year’s edition will walk away with the K1,000,000 winners’ prize money.
Runners-up will receive K400,000 and there is also a travel subsidy of K50,000 to all teams.
