Kansanshi Dynamos new acquisition Brian Mwila has described his new club as a big team that has shown that it can play good football.
Mwila has joined the Mabanga Boys on a three month short term deal. He says he is happy to join Kansanshi Dynamos because they play good football.
Mwila says he has joined the Solwezi based outfit to help them get goals and contribute to the team’s success.
“I’m excited. Kansanshi Dynamos is not a small club, it’s a big club that has shown it can play good football. As a striker, you always want to be part of a team that plays good football, and I’m happy to be here,” Mwila told Kansanshi Dynamos Media.
“Obviously, the club has brought me in to perform a certain role, the role of a striker.”
“My job is to help the team get goals and work together as a unit. I’ve come here not to change anything, but to give my best and contribute to the team’s success,” he added.
Mwila says is ready to get down to work and has assured the fans to expect the same Brian Mwila that have always known.
“I’m always ready, like a soldier. In football, you need to be a warrior,” Mwila said.
“My target is to help the team maintain their place in the MTN Super League. In football, everything is possible.”
“People should just expect the Brian they know. I know what I’m capable of, and nothing has changed,” he added.
Mwila has joined Kansanshi Dynamos as a free agent after his recent spell in the Angolan Premier League with Sagrada Esperança.
Mwila who started his career at Lime Hotspurs moved to South Africa PSL club Platinum Stars in 2017 and later joined SCR Altach of Austria.
Mwila made his debut for Zambia in 2017 and helped Chipolopolo to a runners-up finish in the COSAFA Cup later that year. Mwila has scored 10 goals in 20 appearances for the national team.
