Zambia Super League newcomers, Nchanga Rangers have acquired the services of midfielder Logic Ching’andu.
Ching’andu has penned a two year deal with Brave completing his switch from ZESCO United.
The Chingola based outfit took to social media to confirm the development.
“Nchanga Rangers FC is please to announce that the Club has signed midfielder Logic Ching’andu from Zesco United Football Club on a permanent deal after agreeing personal terms with the player as well as reaching agreement with his former Club.
Ching’andu joins Brave Rangers on a two-year contract with an option to renew for a further period to be agreed by Club and player.”
Nchanga Rangers Vice President Shapi Shachinda believes the acquisition of Logic Ching’andu will help the team achieve their target.
“We are very excited to sign Logic, a player that we know very well and understand the quality he will bring to the team. We welcome him to the Bravo family and know that we will achieve something special with him and the other talents that we have in the Club,” Shachinda said after signing the contract with the player.
Meanwhile Ching’andu says he is happy to join Nchanga Rangers and that he will do his best to help the Nchanga Rangers project.
“I am glad to be here and hope to contribute to the vision that the Club has after winning promotion to the Super Division. Of course we, together with my new team mates, work hard to ensure we stay in the Super Division after the coming season (2022/2023) and thereafter seek to win something in the following season,” Ching’andu said.
Ching’andu is the third signing of the season for Rangers after defenders Justin Daka and Andrew Phiri were signed last week from Kafue Celtic.
Rangers further confirmed that they are still in talks with some Clubs for additional signings.
