Zambia Super League defending Champions, Nkana came from behind to hold Green Buffaloes to a two-all draw in a week 22 rescheduled encounter played at Nkana Stadium in Kitwe this afternoon.
The visitors opened the floodgates just eleven minutes into the first half, Nicholas Mulilo with the goal.
Green Buffaloes looked to be the dominant side and were headed for a win to complete a double over Nkana who they beat 5-0 in the first round only for substitute Emmanuel Mwiinde to level matters with a brilliant strike in the 80th minute.
Buffaloes however restored their lead six minutes later, Jack Chirwa with the goal. Winger Ackim Mumba produced a magical moment with a fine finish to rescue a point for struggling Nkana, 2-2 the match ended.
The match also saw left Back Emmanuel Mbola, Ivorian midfielder Djeni Koassi, Tanzanian Striker Eliud Embokile and Zimbabwean midfielder Tichaona Chiphunza make their debut for Kalampa.
The result means Nkana FC remains stuck in 16th place on 21 points while Buffaloes are in 14th place with 23 points.
Next up for Nkana is a trip to Tanzania where they will face Namungo FC on Sunday the 4th of April in the CAF Confederation Cup group stage matchday three affair.
