Striker Kennedy Musonda has been handed jersey number 25 at Tanzanian top flight side, Young Africans Sports Club (YANGA).
Musonda was presented to the Yanga SC fans before the kick off of their NBC Premier League clash against Ihefu at the 60, 000 capacity National Stadium.
Super League side, Power Dynamos have since confirmed Musonda’s departure from the club officially.
“Power Dynamos Football Club talisman and Zambian Premier League leading top scorer, Kennedy Musonda, has moved to Tanzanian giants Young Africans Sports
Club (YANGA),” read a statement from the Kitwe giants.
The 29-year-old striker was unveiled in Tanzania on Thursday after penning a two year deal.
Musonda has been in scintillating form for Aba Yellow scoring 11 league goals to propel Power Dynamos to the summit of the Zambian Super League.
Musonda joins Rodger Kola, Moses Phiri, Clatous Chota Chama, and Aubrey Chirwa as the other Zambians in the Tanzanian top flight.
Musonda, a Lusaka Youth Product has featured for Lusaka Dynamos, Zanaco, and Green Eagles in the past.
