Nkana eased to a 2-1 victory at home to Simba Sporting Club of Tanzania with first half and second-half goals from forward Ranold “Sate Sate” Kampamba and midfielder Kelvin Mubanga Kampamba in the CAF Champions League first leg , first round match on Saturday at Nkana Stadium in Wusakile .
And in the CAF Confederations Cup, both Green Eagles and Green Buffaloes failed to pick up wins. Eagles were held at home by an Algerian side while Green Buffaloes suffered a heavy defeat in North Africa.
In this match , Kalampa stretched their unbeaten continental home record to 56 matches in 42 years .
Sate Sate’s first-half strike put Nkana in front on 24th minute assisted by Ben Adaman Bahn before Mubanga netted a second on 55th minute thanks to Walter Bwalya pass .

This Buffalo result was expected considering the pedigree of the team they are up against. However,having that in mind Buffaloes were supposed to up their game by losing narrowlly instead of allowing an avelanche of goals.
