Kachinga names team for Tanzania clash

Zambia national women’s team coach Albert Kachinga has named 18 players to do battle to do battle for Zambia against Tanzania in the All Africa Games qualifier.

Zambia were beaten 4 – 2 at home in a game played at Nkoloma Stadium.

FAZ has stated that the team will depart for Tanzania on Wednesday aboard Ethiopian Airways at 15:00 hours.

Team Manager Besa Chibwe says the team will have a two hour stopover in Addis Ababa before proceeding to Tanzania.

Zambia’s match against Tanzania will kick off at 16:30 hours (15:30 Zambian time) on Friday at National Stadium in Dar es Salaam.

  1. Going to Tanzania through Ethiopia? what a waste of Money.
    Ninshi tabailile fye na Taqwa, TAZARA or Euro Africa? They have to go to the horn of AFrica before they return to our region.
    Yet they could have even borrowed the ZESCO or FAZ bus.
    The last time I used Ethiopian, we left Lusaka at 01:30, landed in Addis around 05:00Hrs, then connected to Dar and arrived there 13:00hrs or so very disoriented and very tired.
    So these girls will be very tired by the time they arrive in DAR. When is their game anyway?
