Kabwe Warriors picked their first win on their Zimbabwe tour when they beat Caos United 2 – 0 in an international club friendly match.
Congolese Striker Amed Amuri scored on either side of the half to give the Kabwe side the perfect pre-season boost.
Amuri gave Warriors the lead in the 28th minute after he capitalized on a blunder and lapse in concentration by the CAPS United defense and added a second five minutes after the restart.
Warriors dominated in the second half camping in the opposition half for long periods behind a paltry crowd at the National Sports stadium.
On Sunday, Warriors succumbed to a 2 – 0 loss at the hands of Dynamos after Marcel Kalonda conceded an own goal before the host doubled the lead in the 89th minute from the spot in a game played at Rufaro Stadium.
