Zambian striker Justin Shonga has been released by South Africa DSTV premiership side, Sekhukhune United just five months after joining the club.
The development comes just days after Babina Noko announced Owen da Gama’s departure from the club.
Shonga linked up with Compatriot Toaster Nsabata in January after a mutual separation with Egyptian club Ismaily SC.
Shonga is among the 14 players who have been confirmed to have left the club in a statement made available to the ZamFoot Crew.
Shonga played 14 games in all Competitions for Sekhukhune United scoring two goals and an assist.
The highlight of Shonga’s career at Sekhukhune was him scoring a goal of the season contender from the edge of the box with an amazing strike off a Rodrick Kabwe assist, in the 1-1 draw with Stellenbosch.
