ZESCO United held their end of year awards gala yesternight following the conclusion of the 2021/2022 MTN Super League.
Skipper John Ching’andu was the big winner walking away with two accolades.
Chinga’ndu scopped the top scorer of the year award having scored 9 leagues goals and was also voted as the player of the year.
Ching’andu walked way with K10,000 for the top goalscorer award and K15,000 for the players player of the year accolade.
Young left-back John Chishimba was named the young player of the year walking away with K10,000.
Retiring Winston Kalengo walked away with the Chairman’s award and a K10,000 token of appreciation.
Shot stopper Ian Otieno was named as the most consistent player of the year while Zimbabwean midfielder Thabani Kamusoko was named as the most disciplined player of the year .
