Green Buffaloes thrashed Mutondo Stars 4-0 to end Evergreen’s eight match unbeaten run.

Goals from Christopher Kumwembe, Eric Chomba, Golden Mashata and Perkins Mumba Mwale gave the Masauso Mwale coached outfit a well deserved win.

Titus Chansa scored his eighth goal of the season but it was not enough as it was only a consolation.

The win takes Green Buffaloes to 18 points and third place on the log table with only three points separating them and log leaders ZESCO United.

At Levy Mwanawasa Stadium drew their second successive match as they played to a goalless draw with ZANACO.
