Nkana came from a goal down to force a draw against Green Buffaloes at Edwin Imboela Stadium.
New signing Royd Alufunso gave Buffaloes a 1-0 lead in the 17th minute but Jacob Ngulube equalised in the 72nd minute after goalkeeper Jonathan Mfula failed to deal with a cross.
Harry Milanzi Jnr impressed for Buffaloes while Richard Ngoma also caught the eye for Nkana.
