Boyd Musonda scores to dump old club CS Sfaxien out of the Confederations Cup

Zanaco midfielder Boyd Musonda scored a long range strike to earn Zanaco a 1-0 lead over CS Sfaxien.

Musonda, who had a six month spell at the Tunisian side two seasons ago, got his goal in the 30th minute.

The Zambian side were playing for pride having lost the first four matches in the CAF Confederations Cup.

This win puts Zanaco on three points while Sfaxien are third on 4 points.

Pyramids and Al Ahli Tripoli are on 10 and 9 points respectively.

Boyd Musonda was mistreated by the Tunisians during a short spell in North Africa
