Fwayo back with a goal in Romania

Fwayo Tembo scored in Astra’s 4-3 extra time win over Brasov in a cup game in Romania on Tuesday night.

Fwayo opened the scores in the 17th minutes and Astra went on to lead 3-1 but allowed Brasov back in the games as the visitors levelled the scores to 3-3 at full time and forced the game to go to extra time.

Then there after, it was Astra who was going to win the match as they grabbed the winner extra time.

This was Fwayo’s first start since his return to Romania.

    • Fyabufi the guy has just been demonised for nothing. You haven’t gotten his side of the story but you opt to believe what you here from Kachepaz

      • If you know something then educate us, because I agree with Stumpy on this. This guy has left every club he ever played for under very bad circumstances. Ask Basel, Etoile S in Tunisia, and even Astra. One might be coincidence, but 3 clubs. Sorry, but I am not convinced that this guy is not a problem and his own worst enemy.

  1. I will be vindicated very soon. This boy has not been given a real run in the Zambian team and that is why many Zambians have no idea how good he is. Renard did not give him a chance and Janza could not select him because he was clubless at afcon 2015. But this boy is Damn good and can take us to the world cup. Next season he will be the first zambian to play in the uefa champions league proper mark my words. At 26 he knows time to make money is running out I doubt he will misbehave now he will focus very hard on his career.

  2. That’s the problem with us fans, we get too excited with once off performances or should I say goals. We have no idea how he actually performed but because he got a goal all of a sudden he is the best thing in Zambian soccer since brown bread. Lets congratulate him on the goal and first team position but lets not over blow something we have no proper data on. We all know he is a very talented footballer but lets first see his performance on the pitch after the 6 month absence before we conclude things.

  3. @ Big Steve,Each and every person has his opinion.Don’t let every one think like you that is why we are soccer fans .How do you know that we don’t have an idea? that is being selfish my friend.Just comment on the player and no one can dispute.

  4. This is one player with a lot of potential. But always falls short when more is expected from him. Hope all goes well with him this time around.

  5. Why are you against the boy. He’s doing well he played 90 minutes in that game. Hes playing for a team top of the Romainan League. Leave him alone.

  6. It appears some fans doesn’t know who Fwayo is. Very soon he will differ with the coach or start quaroling with club owners. Fwayo cant live in Romania 4 a long time without kantobo.

  7. Forget this nigga yo. He ain’t playing for mother Zambia anymore because he is a cry baby and wants to be pampered. Let look forward to those that are committed to Zambia. If Fwayo comes back and wants to play for Zambia unconditionally then we will accept him with both arms, but if he continues with his attitude of “you didn’t take me to Eq.guninea when I was clubless” then so long Fwayo, but Zambia is bigger than you, hopefully you can’t want to put Chipolopolo jersey again because not everybody gets to do it, so it an honor to rep you country. Good luck all the way.

  8. We shud b happy he scored but let’s take it easy NIPALOLO….when mayuka scored on his debut thr was a lot of talk then umuboyz went off kwati ni candle. Let’s wait and see.
