Evans Kangwa’s Arsenal Tula have qualified for the 2019/2020 UEFA Europa league following Lokomotiv Moskva 1-0 win over Urall in the Russian Cup.
Tula who are sixth on the Russian Premier League take up the place of the Cup winners Lokomotiv Moskva (who are guaranteed a place in the UEFA Europa league) as they have already qualified to the UEFA Champions League ahead of the final round of matches scheduled for next weekend.

Lokomotiv beat Ural 1-0 thanks to a Dmitriy Barinov 27th minute strike. Tula needed the Lokomotiv help to qualify following their 3-0 bashing last weekend at the hands of Krasnodar.
Tula will finish their League Campaign with an away fixture against Dinamo Moskva.
I think national voaches have sidelined this wonder boy evans kangwa for a long time.
