Copper Queens ratings vs Angola away in Luanda 

The Copper Queens cruised to a 6-0 win over Angola on Wednesday in the first leg of the 2024 WAFCON Qualifier second round. 

The ZamFoot Crew will now look at the performance of the individual players. 

Catherine Musonda 7; The Tomiris Turan goalkeeper was a spectator for majority of the game but when she was needed she showed her good reflexes. 

Is she the new ‘spider girl’, she seems to be  enjoying herself between the sticks. 

Esther Siamfuko 7; The youngster put in a good shift at right back as she continues to  impress in the absence of Margaret Belemu. 

Martha Tembo 7.5; The experienced defender showed her class again as she put in another master class. 

Lushomo Mweemba 8; The Green Buffaloes defender continues to be a big figure in that defence. 

Her and Pauline Zulu made a brilliant combination at the back.Mweemba also scored a goal.

Pauline Zulu 8; Another good outing by the Elite Ladies defender. The youngster was composed and calm on the ball. 

She seems to be growing from strength to strength. 

Susan Banda 7; A good shift by the Red Arrows midfielder. She protected the defense. 

Evarine Susan Katongo 7.5 ; She was again a key factor in the middle of the park. Good on the ball and an overall impressive performance. 

Ireen Lungu 8.5 ; Simply a computer. She dictated play in the middle of the park. 

She was involved in almost everything and even managed to get a goal. 

Prisca Chilufya 6; An okay game for the Mexico based winger. 

Rachel Kundananji 9; Our player of the match. She was simply unbelievable, she tormented Angola. 

She won the penalty converted by Barbra and assisted the other two goals the skipper netted to complete her hat-trick. 

She also managed to score a goal. What a performance from the Madrid CFF striker. 

Barbra Banda 9; A hat-trick for the Copper Queens skipper had become a familiar feat and it was the same against Angola. 

Banda has now scored 47 goals in 48 appearances for the Copper Queens. 

Substitutes: 

Rachel Nachula 7; She came in well and made a good impact with her runs and also set up Rachel Kundananji’s goal. 

Avell Chitundu 7; The fans favourite player had a good game. She showed up with what was another great outing. 

Hellen Chanda 7; Did well controlling the midfield after replacing Susan Banda. 

Esther Banda; N/A
