The Copper Queens have left for Cuiaba, Brazil for the FIFA Series tournament.
Assistant coach Charles Haluboono has left with the local contingent while foreign based players will join later.
The team left aboard South African Airlines via Johannesburg this morning and will connect to São Paulo before taking the final leg into Cuiaba.
Meanwhile the team is missing a number of players due to injury including Bay FC forward Racheal Kundananji.
Others are Eneless Phiri (Zesco United), Avell Chitundu (Zesco United) and Xiomara Mapepa (Altaraji) who have all been ruled out while Evarine Susan Katongo will not make the trip due to the war situation in Israel.
Zambia will face Canada, Brazil and South Korea during the FIFA Series which runs from April 11-18.
The Copper Queens are using this tournament as part of preparations for the Women Africa Cup of Nations.

Ba fi colour ba FAZ you have succesded with your tribalism to install a fellow tonga man hambolo.
Kamanga was the best, you see now where the naive voting for this dwarf tonga bull is leading us to, our women football is now going under water.
Even a todlar can see that this administrition is not taking football anywhere, circus kind of leadership.
Why not make arrangement for Susan Katongo to leave her base in Israel. Are they playing football in Israel? Is the league ongoing? if not and not in spite of my concerns, why not get her out of there. At the very least she can be training with the national team. What is the latest on Zambian footballers in Israel?
