Chris Kaunda takes a dig at his players following a loss to Buildcon

Sensational Zanaco head coach Chris Kaunda did not hold anything back after his team’s disappointing 1-0 loss to Buildcon at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.

The Bankers thrashed Young Green Eagles barely three days earlier bit were a shadow of themselves on Saturday afternoon at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium as they succumbed to a 1-0 loss at the hands of Team Kopala.

Kaunda felt his team was too relaxed and played the match before going on the pitch hence succumbing to what he termed as a painful loss.

“We lost because of attitude, the attitude has killed this game, the same team that played against Young Green Eagles, They won before the game, they were too relaxed. We prepared for this game but you can’t tell what is in someone’s mind,” he said.

“It’s so Painful, painful to lose a game like this, all because of attitude, we can’t,” he added.

Wilmore Haatembo scored the only goal of the game as Team Kopala recorded a well deserved 1-0 win to move into second place with 12 points, Two behind new log leaders Zesco United.
