  1. I thought this was the time Mayuka should have been called. A half fit Mayuka is better than all those players like Daka, Samu, and Festus Mbewe. I know FAZ want to give chance to youngsters but surely this was the time Mayuka should have been considered.

  2. Mayuka is currently nursin a goal drought let top form rain on him first he needs time. Its better we call Evans since Jacob has become big headed.

    • Mbewe, Daka and Samu, have they been scoring? Let alone playing? I am still convinced Mayuka is still our great striker. Don’t bury your head in the sand.

  3. I don’t understand FAZ, Mayuka was suppose to be called for these friendly games. Chipolopolo is not organized. Looking @ the worldcup qualifying around the corner. Kalaba should be rested for Lubambo.

    • Germiston South I agree with you on the calling of Mayuka but I think Lubambo is not yet ready to take up that mantle from Kalaba. I’m basing on the previous game against Gabon when he was deployed on the same role that Kalaba was playing. The flow of the game got disturbed; he could not control the ball maybe we need another assessment for him.

      • ?????? Lubambo for Kalaba, maybe in 3 years. The Lubambo, Dakas, Bruce, are subs.
The player I think coaches need in is Alex Ngonga.

  4. Let’s face it this is not a balanced squad Red arrows players and green buffaloes in this group are not good enaf wat kind of cancer is this sure

  5. Lusaka Dynamos have a young player in the name of Luchanga playing very good football yet the coaches go ahead and call plunks such as mbewe and Daka..zamfoot please interview this lad

  6. We re nt ready 2win,da prblm wth da zambian coaches z dey lyk exprmnts and mathematics,i no dey wnt 2expse da local players bt lets balance da team y is kabaso nt in da team?

  7. egypt is da most experieced team in africa,hw can we expct 2win wth sch a team, let da coach choose a balanced team i no da coach want 2mix up wth da locals bt lets choose da locals hu av mo game tym at their respective clubs den we shud expct a tough encounter adawise it wil b an embarrasement.

  8. you cant compare mayuka and kalengo, kalengo is better than finished mayuka who fails to shine in french ligue 2. mbesuma and kalengo wil lead us on top.

  9. Mayuka needs to show us something first before being called up. Yes he has scored one goal but has he upped his skill to the level of National team representation? Kalengo for me is far more hungrier, past glory won’t take us anywere we need currently performing players. Kalengo has been impresive Mayuka still has a lot to prove Dana must be wearing beads around his waist, there is just no way of justifying his inclusion in the senior team

    • Lol. Atti beads around his waist..hahhahaha. Clearly this boy is being chosen based on his past performances in the junior competitions, but he has done nothing to justify his current selection. Especially at the senior team level.

I agree on Mayuka and Kalengo. Mayuka is yet to prove himself as the national team striker.

  10. I concur with Mr Jameson on the inclusion of Luchanga from Lusaka dynamos he is surely a good player by all standards let the selecting team not be biased towards non performers and also Alex Ngonga is another potential striker who can give lwandamina enough depth up front

  11. Conlyde Luchanga is the new kid in town. The selectors must behave and stop playing games. The most promising youngster in this country is Luchanga no doubt!

  12. Kalu and company want to market these pulangaz. I can rest assure you, you will see these pulangaz on the team sheet against Egypt. That’s Kalu for you!

  13. Mayuka guyz is finished. Just wait. Even at French league two bench izamugwira he will be a bench warmer soon. If a player is finished we must accept not playing names.

  14. True, kalengo Is Far Much Better Than Mayuka.I Wonder Why Our Strikers Are Not So Consistent.Mr Chicken Kindly Dont Include Mayuka In The Squad Not Until He Improves.Equally Kola Let Him Stay In Greece. As At Now The Combination Of Mbesuma And Kalengo Is Good.Zambia Will Win.Go Zambia Go.

  15. Conlyde Luchanga is a star to watch not abena Daka nafiimofimo..looking at our strikers,in Mbesuma and Kalengo,we shall not see the play like this in the next two years..Lusaka Dynamos have that striker that can take up that role with time bt abena chicken busy calling Daka I dnt know what for..fellow. blogers, zamfoot please enquire on this Luchanga lad..

  16. @Willard Patson may not hv goals but his call up is based on the number of call ups 2 da national team lol He is the leading call ups player so far this year eg U17,U20,U23 plus senior team.#justsayin

  17. I BELIEVE THE COACH IS A LISTENING COACH, SOMEONE ASKED ABOUT THE REPLACEMENT FOR ISAAC CHANSA AND SOME BLOGGERS HERE RECOMMENDED SAUTU, IF SAUTU IS EXPOSED TO INTERNATIONAL MATCHES LETS SAY TWO OR THREE, WE WILL CUSHION THE GAP ISAAC HAS LEFT. I AM HAPPY THAT SAUTU IS IN THE TEAM. I AM ALSO SURE THAT THE COACH WILL HEAR THE CRIES TO INCLUDE LUCHANGA AND TEST HIM. BECAUSE WE ARE TIRED WITH THE TRIED TEST PLAYERS LIKE MUSAKANYA AND DAKA. IN AS MUCH AS HAVE BEEN CAMPAIGNING AGAINST THE INCLUSION OF MBEWE IN THE NATIONAL TEAM , I WOULD CHOOSE HIM UNLIKE USING DAKA AT THIS LEVEL. PLEASE BA MUKOLWE WAKAPANDA KINDLY INCLUDE LUCHANGA FROM LUSAKA DYNAMOS IN FUTURE ASSIGNMENTS I BERG!

  18. SOME PLAYERS ITS TRUE HAVE DONE NOTHING TO DESERVE A CALL UP LIKE PAUL KATEMA, BRUCE MUSAKANYA, PATSON DAKA.

    I AGREE WITH THOSE CALLING FOR INCLUSION OF THE FOLLOWING;

    CONLYDE LUCHANGA
    ALEX NGONGA
LAZAROUS KAMBOLE (VERY SHARP AND SPEEDY REMIND ME ME OF TIMOTHY MWEETWA)
    WATER BWALYA AND
KALUSA? (THE NEW STRIKER FOR GREEN BUFFALOES FROM CHINDWIN CENTRIES)
FOR ME EVEN KANGWA CHILESHE FROM GREEN BUFALOES IS BETTER THAN MUSAKANYA BY FAR
