Zambian forward Edward ‘Tiger’ Chilufya came off the bench to score a 25 yard thunderbolt in extra time to earn Midtylland a 3-2 aggregate over Progrès Niederkorn in the second round of the Europa Conference League.
FC Midtjylland are through to the 3rd qualifying round in the Conference League.
The Danish side went into the match with 2-0 caution from the first leg.
But things got sour when they found themselves trailing Progres Niederkorn 2-0 in Luxembourg.
With the aggregate 2-2 at full time, the match went to extra time and it was the Zambian forward Chilufya who came to the rescue.
The Kasama native scored a wonder goal to give Midtylland a vital away goal.
