Egyptian Premier League side Ceramica Cleopatra Football Club has confirmed the signing of Zambian midfielder David Simukonda.
The Giza-based club announced the acquisition via its official social media platforms, confirming the arrival of the highly-rated youngster from ZESCO United.
Simukonda becomes the second Zambian player to secure a move to the Egyptian Premier League during the current transfer window, following in the footsteps of former teammate Pascal Phiri.
The 20-year-old defensive midfielder is believed to have signed a four-and-a-half-year contract, which will keep him at Ceramica Cleopatra until 30 June 2030.
