Former Chipolopolo captain Kabaso Chongo has returned to the TP Mazembe squad after the opening two matches of the CAF Confederation Cup.Â
The former Konkola Mine Police man and goalkeeper Baggio Siadi are the newcomers from the team that suffered a 3-1 loss away in Tanzania.
The addition of Chongo means there are now four Zambians in the squad, Tandi Mwape, Rainford Kalaba and Alex ‘Bazo’ Ng’onga being the other three.Â
Coach Pamphile Mihayo will be looking to get his team back to winning ways having been handed a convincing defeat by Young Africans Sports Club (YANGA) last weekend at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
US Monastir who are coming back from a draw in Bamako are expected in Lubumbashi this afternoon.
The Ravens are currently third in the group with three points and will need to beat the Tunisian side to give themselves a proper chance of progression.
Ng’onga will be looking to score his third goal in as many games having scored both in the win over Real Bamako and the loss to YANGA.
