Ndola based Zambian Super League side Buildcon Football Club have yesterday left Ndola for pre-season training in Zimbabwe. Buildcon who have acquired a number of new players, have made a stop over in Lusaka and will proceed to Zimbabwe this morning.
Zimbabwe has become a favourable destination for local league teams as Buildcon will become the third team from Zambia to visit that country for a pre-season training camp after Sensational Zanaco and Nkana all within 30 days.
New coach Arena Gulgleimo will get a chance to assess his team against serious opposition as he tries to assemble a squad strong enough to achieve the teams target of winning the league.
Team Kopala will play four friendly matches with top Zimbabwean opposition while in Zimbabwe namely;
1.Ngezi Platinum FC
2. FC Platinum
3.Caps United FC
4.Dynamos FC
The dates for the above listed matches are yet to be made public.
