Green Buffaloes, Nkwazi in service Four-Team pre-season Tournament set for Lusaka next month, the ZamFoot Crew has learned.
The ZamFoot Crew understands that the tournament will bring together the two Super League teams, ZPL Men’s National League side FC Leopards and FAZ Lusaka Provincial Division 2 side Immig FC.
Nkwazi who barely survived relegation last season have already started their pre-season training and will be hoping to use the tournament to fine tune the team ahead of the transitional season.
Meanwhile FC Leopards have stepped up preparations for the 2026/27 campaign by pitching camp in Kaoma, where the relegated side hopes to lay the foundations for an immediate return to the MTN Super League.
Zambia Army sponsored Green Buffaloes will also look to use this tournament to adequately prepare for the transitional season after finishing 12th with 41 points, 22 points adrift of the top two teams.
For lower tier Immig FC, a team sponsored by the Department of Immigration, it will be a welcome move to face off with top League sides ahead of their FAZ Lusaka Provincial Division 2 campaign.
