Zambian midfielder Boyd Musonda has returned to Tunisian outfit CS Sfaxien weeks after allegedly terminating his contract after going three months without pay.
The ZamFoot Crew can exclusively reveal that the 2017 U20 AFCON winner returned to Sfax on Saturday and will resume training today.
His manager Paricha Chikoye who traveled with him to Tunisia confirmed to the ZamFoot Crew that the situation has been normalized and he will start training today.
“Boyd left Tunisia in September due to Salary issues that he was having difficulties with, we started representing him at the end of November and we have cleared all existing hiccups. The next week or two is very crucial to determine he’s future but he needs to work hard,” he said.
Musonda penned a three year deal with the Tunisian giants back in July.
Musonda spent five years with the senior Zanaco side before his departure for North Africa. He was promoted to the side in 2015 and went on to win one league title (2016) and a Barclays Cup title (2017).

I feel bad for the young man. This is not right. I feel there is more to this story. Are all the Sfaxien players owed 3 months salary or its just Bod?. Please let us know Zamfoot.
I don’t understand either. What is wrong with this boy??? It is only Kenneth Malitoli who succeeded in Tunisia because he was a bomber for Esperance Tunis. A Zambian in Tunisia as far as I know is welcome unless you are not performing, fans that side are very demanding, reason they pay to watch games and are very supportive of their teams. You got a second chance, so don’t blow it
