Incoming MTN Super League Champions, Red Arrows have continued their path to a league and Cup double.
This follows the Airmen’s 2-1 win over Nchanga Rangers to book place in the final.
Chisi Mbewe’s side came from a goal down to beat Rangers and secure their place in the ABSA Cup final, for the third time.
Angel Lubamba put Rangers in the lead with a powerful strike that left Charles Kalumba in the Arrows goal with no chance, 39 minutes into the match.
The lead did however not last long as Ricky Banda headed in a Ciel Ebongo free kick to level matters just three minutes later.
Malian midfielder Alassane Diarra scored a brilliant goal seven minutes to time to put Arrows in the lead and seal the win.
The Airmen match on to the finals and will meet Kabwe Warriors on 12 May for a chance to lay their hands on the coveted trophy.
The winner of this year’s ABSA Cup will pocket K800,000, with K350,000 reserved for second place.
The ABSA Life Player of the Tournament, Top Scorer, and Golden Glove will each get K25,000.
