AFCON 2023: Ivory Coast name strong squad to face Chipolopolo

Ivory Coast National team coach Jean-Louis Gasset has named a strong squad for the June 3rd match against Ivory Coast.

Gasset announced his 28 member squad that will kick start their AFCON Qualifiers with a game against the Chipolopolo Boys.

Crystal Palace forward Wilfred Zaha leads the Elephants squad for the match against the Copper Bullets.

Other notable names in the team include Ajax forward Sebastien Haller, defender Serge Aurier, Manchester United defender Eric Bailly, Wolves kingpin Willy Boly, Arsenal forward Nicolas Pepe and 2012 losing finalist, Max Gradel.

Ivory Coast and the Chipolopolo Boys will face off next week Friday at the 20,000 seater Stade de Yamoussoukro in Yamoussoukro.
