Zambian duo David Hamansenya and Gift Siame impressed for CD Leganes in a pre season match against Pumas on Sunday.
The two teenagers have been promoted from the youth side.
Hamansenya featured at left back while Siame played in midfield.
Pumas beat Leganes 2-0.
Leganes are in Mexico ahead of the new season.
Last season, they were demoted from La Liga
Hamansenya has been capped at Zambia under-17 and Under-20 level.
The former Shamuel left back is seen by many as one of the future Chipolopolo left back.
Alongside Kafue Celtic’s Jonathan Kalimina and Lucky Phiri of Sporting Lusaka FC Lucky Phiri, Hamansenya could be Zambia’s symbol of present and future at left back.
Siame is a budding attacking midfielder and the more talented.
The 19 year old scored an incredible 14 goals in midfield in the 2023/24 season as he helped Atletico Lusaka win promotion to the Super League.
Cherry or Kanoute as his Kaunda Square peers call him is one of the emerging talents and the one to keep an eye.
He will be hoping to shake off the niggling muscle injuries he suffered last season.
