Power Dynamos reclaimed third spot on the FAZ super league log when they beat Red Arrows 1 – 0 at Nkoloma Stadium, thanks to a Patson Daka lone goal.
Power are the in-form team of the league and having gone ubeaten in the last 7 games with 5 consecutive wins.
But they had something extra to think about after exciting striker Fwayo Tembo who has been instrumental in scoring and creating goals for them announced that he would be leaving the club.
However, teen striker Daka who has been heavily criticized in the past couple of season for being blunt in front of goal seems to have found his scoring boots under new coach Dan Kabwe and he did not disappoint as he rose to the occassion on the day.
The win sees Power move to 40 points, one better Green Buffaloes and 12 points behind leader Zanaco.
Red Arrows remain stuck in 7th position on 29 points.
There was also a vital win for Napsa Stars when they beat Nkwazi 2 – 1.
Napsa remain in the relegation zone on 21 points while Nkwazi are 10th.
