  1. I don’t see civ beating Cameroon. The civ can start packing. Some of these strikers like bony one wonders how they perform in the UK. Mayuka is a bench warmer and is rusty but he has still managed to score while some of these so called big names have failed to score. Mayuka must leave the saints. If he was was still at young boys zambia would have beaten tunisia.

    • Errrrrm!! YEP,

THEY PROTECT THEMSELVES NOT TO BE INJURED TO GET THE BIG BUCKS IN EUROPE TO THEIR SIGNED CLUBS..

THATS WHY AFRICANS DOES XPECIALLY, PLAYING FOR THEIR COUNTRIES IN AFRICA..

  2. Iwe John, Mayuka is not at the same level as Bony. Other wise he would be playing. Why do most Zambians live in a parallel universe where there footballers are stars when reality states otherwise. As it stands outside of Kalusha and Chatlie cool, no other Zambian has made it big in Europe. Yes we have talent and promise but we never think BIG and the west Africans will continue to beat us to professional contracts and then beat us at Afcon tournaments. Janza can not and will never win the Afcon cup nor take us to the world cup because he is not at the level as is proven by this Afcon journey in its entirety. He is in able to pick the right players for the moment and has shown his inability to make changes during a game and provide leadership when the situation clearly calls for it.
The sooner we get another coach in and start to prepare the U17 & 20 tournaments that are upcoming the better of we will be. Let’s focus on the Olympic squad and the 2017 Afcon tournament, let’s stop deluding ourselves and hoping for Zambia to win this cup. Just like pigs cant fly Zambia can’t this Afcon cup. If anyone believes they can this tournament then I have a goldmine full of silver to sell them…..

  3. This shows how tight this AFCON is. It means there are no small teams at this AFCON and all the teams that qualified are very strong. All the best for our Chipolopolo Boys tomorrow.

  4. This is the first time I’ve watched this happen at an Afcon. No team knocked out, no team thru. Its anyones Afcon. Anyone including Us. All the Best to the Boys tomorrow

  5. What an interesting scenario, this Afcon is very tricky and doesn’t have a favorite, anyone can win it, I just wish we had prepared well enough, we could have had a very big shout.

  6. Cameroon , Ivory Coast are contenders . Mark my words. Algeria is nowhere near the trophy. It is a West AFRICAN trophy this year .
