#ZPL; Mutondo out of relegation…. Buffaloes, MUZA, Nchanga move further away from the drop zone 

Mutondo Stars moved out of the relegation zone while Nchanga Rangers, FC MUZA and Green Buffaloes boosted their chances of survival. 

Mutondo Stars beat Atletico Lusaka 2-1 thanks to early goals from Chris Mwansa and Richard Adongo. Benjamin Chisala scored the consolation goal for the Bad Boys. 

Elsewhere, Nchanga Rangers edged struggling ZANACO 2-0 with goals from Christopher Itaka and Luzeka Sama. 

At Shinde, Forest Rangers recorded their first win in 12 games as they edged Mufulira Wanderers 1-0. 

Hope Katwishi’s goal was enough to give the Ndola based outfit maximum points and move them to 16th place with 35 points. 

NAPSA Stars and Kabwe Warriors played out to a 2-2 draw in a dramatic encounter at the Reiz Arena. 

Evans Kayombo put NAPSA Stars in the lead before goals from Saith Sakala and Mwamba Mutombo shifted the tie into Kabwe Warriors favour only for Godfrey Binga to haunt his former club with a later header and make sure the two teams shared the spoils. 

FC MUZA beat Nkwazi 2-1 at Edwin Imboela Stadium while Green Eagles and Green Buffaloes played to a 2-2 draw. 

Red Arrows beat Indeni 2-1 at Nkoloma Stadium thanks to a brace from Alassane Diarra. 

Attention shifts to the Kitwe derby as Nkana and Power Dynamos face off this afternoon at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.
