The MTN Super League will enter week eleven of action this weekend with exciting matches coming alive across the country.
The blockbuster match this weekend comes from Edwin Imboela Stadium as Green Buffaloes who are in third place welcome log leaders ZESCO United.
Buffaloes thrashed Mutondo Stars 4-1 to record back to back wins and will be looking to match ZESCO United’s 21 points with a win on Sunday.
At Arthur Davies Stadium, In form Power Dynamos who have won all their last five games welcome Mutondo Stars as they look to make it five wins in a row.
Mutondo will be looking to put their humiliating loss at the hands of Green Buffaloes behind them as they face Oswald Mutapa’s men.
Abayellow could go top with a win provided ZESCO United fail to beat Green Buffaloes in Lusaka.
At Dola Hill, Forest Rangers welcome Nkwazi as they look to get their first win in four games.
Nkwazi are coming off a 1-0 win over Indeni and will hope to build on that.
In form Kalampa will visit the Cage, Indeni Sports Complex as they eye their third straight win under Mwenya Chipepo.
Chipepo returns to face his former team and may just inflict more misery in them as they have only managed two points so far this season and are yet to record a win.
The Oilo men are winless in their last six games, five of which have been defeats.
Chipepo has enjoyed a fairytale start to life at Nkana winning his first two games in charge beating Mufulira Wanderers and Red Arrows by a 3-1 margin.
A win on Saturday could see Nkana move into the top eight for the first time this season.
In Kabwe, The Bad Boys, Atletico Lusaka are away to the Magnificent people’s team, Kabwe Warriors.
Kabwe Warriors head coach Mumba Mumamba is expecting a tough encounter against Atletico Lusaka who he feels is very good with possession football.
“This is a team that has been making headlines since promotion. It’s a team that any team should not underrate looking at how the team plays. I think we expect a tough game against Atletico Lusaka. They are very athletic like their name and they are very good in keeping possession. We just have to be ready for that for us to be able to get the result we want since we are playing at home. We know it won’t be an easy game but we have a team that can give us maximum points,” he said.
Meanwhile coach Brian Kunsenama believes his side will have a good test against a very good Kabwe Warriors side that has a rich history and are enjoying good form right now.
Kabwe Warriors are currently 5th on the log with 16 points while Atletico are 12th with 13 points.
Tenant Chilumba will get another chance to try and get his first win as Mufulira Wanderers coach when his side welcome Nchanga Rangers at Shinde Stadium.
Wanderers have suffered three straight losses with two coming under Chilumba who recently took over from Charles Kafula.
Nchanga Rangers are also going through a bad patch as they are winless in their last six games and have only managed 10 points from ten games.
FC MUZA suffered a huge 3-0 defeat away to Kabwe Warriors and will now look to put that behind them as they welcome struggling Lumwana Radiants.
The Elegant Dynamites will hope to get back to winning ways against a struggling Lumwana side that has not won a game in their last five games.
A win could see FC MUZA move into the top eight depending on how the other games will pan out.
