Zambia Super League side, Zesco United has announced the signing of Ugandan striker Alfred Leku.
Let’s has penned a one year deal with Ndola based outfit.
“ZESCO United is delighted to announce the signing of Ugandan striker, Alfred Leku on a 1-year deal subject to completing medicals.
Leku is expected to beef up ZESCO United’s striking force following the retirement of veteran striker Winston Kalengo.”
The former Arua Hill Sports Club striker, Leku scored 11 goals in 27 appearances for Arua Hill SC in the Ugandan top-flight.
ZESCO United have been busy in the transfer market looking to beef up their squad ahead of the 2022/2023 Super League season.
The nine time Zambia Super League Champions have already acquired the services of Chipyoka Songa, Rodrick Khembo, Kizito Kezironi, Jack Ngulube, Mwenya Chibwe Cyril, and Kelvin Kapumbu.
