Power Dynamos to hold two-week training camp in Mongu…Five youngsters drafted into the squad

Zambia Super League side, Power Dynamos FC will tomorrow head to Mongu for a two weeks’ intensive pre-season training.

The club took to social media to confirm the development. Mongu was picked for its serenity and sandy environment.

“Mongu was picked at the end of the 2021/22 season for its serenity and sandy environment and was found ideal for building mental strength and physical stamina.”

Head Coach, Mwenya Chipepo has drafted five Young Power Dynamos players to be part of the trip in keeping with the clubs tradition.

“We need to systematically develop our juniors to fully understand our philosophy and it starts with team spirit and bonding,” Chipepo said.

The players are goalkeeper Valentine Mwale, defender Wisdom Musonda, midfielder Gilbert Ntentani, striker Ignatius Kalunga, and 2019 under 17 COSAFA player of the tournament, striker, Moses Mulenga.

The club also confirmed that it is working on bringing in more additions to strengthen the structure of the squad for competitiveness in the 2022/2023 Super League season.
