The Zambia Super League week 8 rescheduled games came alive on Thursday afternoon with two matches in Lusaka taking place which all ended in one all draw.
At Nkoloma, Forest Rangers came from a goal down to hold wasteful Red Arrows while Buildcon held inconsistent Sensational Zanaco.
Red Arrows Vs Forest Rangers.
Two goals were scored at Nkoloma Stadium between Red Arrows and Forest Rangers through James Chamanga and Laurent Muma.
Chamanga put the hosts on the lead in the 28th minute before Muma could level matters with 15 minutes left on the clock.
The point moves the Airmen out of the relegation zone, though not safe as they are only separated by goals scored with Lusaka Dynamos (both tight on 9 points and -3) goal difference.
A point for Forest Rangers on the road means they move to number 7 on the log with 11 points tied with Konkola Blades, Kabwe Warriors, Kansanshi Dynamos, and Indeni.
Another two goals were scored at Sunset Stadium. Zephaniah Phiri gave the visitors a lead while Emmanuel Manda equalized to level matters.
The point moves the Bankers to 12th position from 13th that they previously occupied. Maximum points could have pushed them to 6th on the log.
For Buildcon nothing has changed, They are still 4th on the log and their stay in the top 4 is under threat as Nkana are just 1 point behind them.
Despite only suffering one defeat so far their biggest undoing is collecting 5 points in their last 5 games after recording five straight draws.
