Defender Rodrick Kabwe and goalkeeper Toaster Nsabata missed Sekhukhune United’s Friday night DSTV Premiership match against Supersport United.
Kabwe, who recently captained Zambia in a friendly match against Mali was a surprise omission after he made the bench in the 2-0 win over Orlando Pirates three days ago.
Nsabata is still recovering from an injury which also ruled him out of the international break.
Gamphani Lungu started on the bench for Supersport United.
The former National Assembly midfielder has been having cameo appearances for Supersport.
During midweek, he played the last 15 minutes in the 2-1 over Royal AM.
