Zambia Women’s under-17 have been dumped of the race for U17 world cup in Uruguay after they lost 4-0 to Botswana and 6-5 on aggregate.
The girls went into the tie with 5-2 scoreline from the first leg at Nkoloma Stadium a fortnight ago.
But they could not hold on to that three goals caution.
Botswana will now face South Africa.
In September, Zambia Women National team blew a 3-0 lead to allow South Africa back in the game and dump out the Shepolopolo in the semi finals of the competition.
South Africa ended up winning the match 5-3 on post-match penalties after a 3-all regulation time draw.
