The Zambia U20 National Team edged Ghana 2-1 in a 2025 TotalEnergies Egypt Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) U20 tournament preparatory match.
A late David Simukonda goal gave Zambia the much needed win ahead of the continental showpiece which kicks off this weekend.
Pascal Phiri put Zambia in the lead in the 21st minute but Teti leveled matters for Ghana with a beautiful low range drive which went past Levinson Banda 9 minutes into the second stanza.
The two nations were using the match to prepare for the #TotalEnergiesAFCONU20 due this weekend.
