Napsa Stars head coach Linos Makwaza believes he has a assembled a better team than last years. Makwaza says he has quality players who he hopes will do their best when the league starts.
Napsa Stars have acquired a eleven new players including 2011 Super league top goalscorer Luka Lungu. The pensioners lost five key players and released a further fourteen but Makwaza has confidence in this years team.
” I think we have a better team than we had last year .We have got quality players, With the training we are going through I hope we will do our best.”
“We won’t be there to participate we want to compete like we did last year.”
Napsa finished last season on seventh place with 58 points from 38 games and Makwaza will be hoping his newly assembled squad is truly as good as he thinks as they aim to finish in the top four bracket and secure continental football.
