The top tier of Women’s Football in the country enters the second week of the second round this weekend.

Defending Champions, Green Buffaloes who are also leading the log will be away in the Copperbelt to face Mufulira Wanderers Queens.

Coach Charles Haalubono will be without striker Natasha Nanyangwe who is nursing an injury.

However Bwalya Namute Chileshe, Jessy Zulu and Maweta Glory Chilenga have taken up the mantle and will lead the team alongside Maylan Mulenga.

The earliest kick off is at mid morning at Crested Crane Academy as Green Eagles square off with the National Assembly.

Xiomara Mapepa will be looking to add to her 15 goals scored so far this season while the likes of Tionge ‘Didi’ Sambo will be looking to prove a point by stopping one of the most deadly forwards in the league.
