10:00hrs – Queens Academy – ZISD WFC

Jasmine Grounds in Kabwe will see Queens Academy hosting ZISD in what seems to be a fair fixture that can go either way. Both teams are searching for maximum points going into this game which makes the tie even more interesting as redemption time is at stake on both ends.

10:00hrs – Nkwazi Queens – Nkana Queens

Nkwazi Queens will look forward to collecting more maximum points as they welcome Nkana Queens who were held to a nil-nil draw by National Assembly last weekend.

This will be the first-ever meeting between these two sides but the Police Sponsored side has so far been good and they are bubbling with confidence after last weekend’s 5-0 win over ZISD while the Red Queens will be fighting for their first maximum points in this campaign.

10:00hrs – Mufulira Wanderers WFC – YASA Queens

Mufulira Wanderers will welcome YASA Queens at Shinde Stadium in a Match that is expected to produce sparks as Stubborn YASA are wounded coming from a hard-fought scoreless draw against Zesco Ndola Girls last weekend while The Mighty Ladies will have all to play for having been silenced by Green Buffaloes in their previous game 5-0 and they will be looking forward to getting back to winning ways but coming up against YASA they have to brace themselves for a stern task at their backyard.

15:00hrs – BUSA Queens – Lusaka Dynamos

New Margaret Mwanakatwe Bauleni Stadium will be the venue as BUSA Queens take on Lusaka Dynamos in an epic local derby that pits two teams that have been on fire building up to this Inaugural Women’s Super League as they engaged in several friendly games including tournaments.

Lusaka Dynamos is unbeaten thus far while BUSA is in search of the first maximum points but a draw away to Red Arrows last weekend boosted the Coach Kaluba Kangwa drilled lasses going into this match as the girls are now confident of a positive result.

BUSA Queens skillful Midfielder Maweta Glory Chilenga has predicted a tough game but she feels they have prepared enough and they are ready for Lusaka Dynamos.

“We are very much ready for the game against Lusaka Dynamos, it’s not going to be easy but we are looking forward to getting maximum points and also to display quality football that BUSA is known for, so we have prepared enough for our opponents,” Chilenga said.

Meanwhile, Lusaka Dynamos Coach Grace Mwango said they are ready for the game and look forward to collecting maximum points.

” We are ready for the Bauleni game, I know it won’t be easy but we have prepared enough and we look forward to collecting maximum of 3 points,” Mwango said.

This will be the third meeting between these two sides, the first time they met was last year in a friendly match which was a 6-goal thriller as they shared spoils, and the second meeting was recently in February with The Elite Ladies managing a slender 1-nil victory so a lot is at stake in this match.

15:00hrs – National Assembly – Green Buffaloes WFC

National Assembly will host Green Buffaloes at the Showgrounds in a tough test. The Parliamentarians are also in search of maximum points having collected only 2 from their first two matches played so far while Green Buffaloes are on a 100% winning streak.

The Zambia Army-sponsored side is the favorites going into this fixture as they look to be on fire while The Parliamentarians will aim to prove the critics wrong by rising to the occasion and pull a surprise.

Assembly Striker Felistus Phiri told the ZamFoot Crew that the team is in high spirits and ready for Buffaloes.

“The game we are having tomorrow against Green Buffaloes is very critical but according to the preparations we have had, am optimistic we are going to handle them because the team is in very high spirits,” Phiri said.

The last 3 meetings between these two teams have all ended in victories in favor of the Buffaloes.

15:00hrs – Indeni Roses – Red Arrows.

Indeni Sports Complex will be the place to be for an early riser which is a super Sunday clash as Indeni Roses welcomes Red Arrows in arguably one of the games of the weekend.

This will be the first-ever meeting between these two teams who boast of very experienced players who have and still do a feature for the national team.

The Roses who are jointly leading the log standing with Green Buffaloes and will rely on their home ground advantage but it won’t be easy for them because the Air Ladies want to redeem themselves after a disappointing 1-1 draw against BUSA last weekend.

Roses Defender Jackeline Nkole said she is looking forward to this game and said that Red Arrows will be a different proposition altogether but they are ready for victory on Sunday.

“The game against Arrows will be the toughest for us compared to the other games we have played so far because most players from Arrows have got so much experience and they feature for the national team so it won’t be easy but I believe in my team that we are going to work so hard and collect maximum points,” Nkole said.

On the other hand, Arrows Captain Rabbecca Nyirenda is also optimistic about collecting maximum points to make up last weekend’s draw against BUSA Queens.

“We are very much ready for the game, a draw against BUSA felt like a loss to us, so everyone is now looking forward to a victory against Indeni because the Morale in the team is in high spirits.”

15:00hrs – Police Doves Queens – Zesco Ndola Girls

Police Doves Queens who have had a poor start to the season so far will yet again be under scrutiny when they host Ndola Giants Zesco Ladies at Solwezi Stadium.

Doves who are rock bottom and will have to rise to the occasion against one of the league favorites Zesco at their home ground if they are to survive the waters in the Women’s Superleague.

The Fearless Girls are in search of a point while Zegalicious need maximum points as they have only managed to pick up 1 point from 2 games played and they look set for their first victory of the season.
