Buffaloes edged NAPSA Stars 2-1 to record their first win of the season having lost to Mufulira Wanderers in their opening match.
Goals from Andrew Mupande and Nicolas Mulilo gave the Zambia army sponsored outfit maximum points while Pinoki Vuvu pulled one back from 12 yards.
Elsewhere, Kabwe Warriors beat New comers Trident FC 2-1 at the Godfrey Ucar Chitalu Stadium to seal their first maximum points for the new season.
Godfrey Binga came off the bench to score the winner after Tapson Kaseba’s goal was cancelled out by Terry Mwanshi.
