OUTLAWED by the Football Association of Zambia from partaking in all Football related and FAZ activities Blackwell Siwale has fired another salvo at Football house, saying that if ever gets harassed at any Stadia, he will instigate legal actions.
The former FAZ Executive Committee member last week took it incumbent to advise the local football controlling body’s Ethics and Integrity committee of being offside its jurisdictions when meted a ban against his person.
In a letter to the Kephas Katongo chaired committee, Siwale explained that having been expelled by the Council at the 2017 AGM – his membership ceased – thus making him unbound by neither local nor international football statues.
He therefore demanded retraction on ground that the embargo was devoid of legal basis. And that purported actions were a complete display of abuse of authority and conflict of his constitution rights to association.
In pronouncing the ban, Ethics Chairman Committee Katongo indicated that Siwale was banned from entering all stadia of FAZ affiliates, in tandem with Article 6 of the FIFA Code of Ethics. Furthermore, the General Secretary was advised to send a circular to all clubs and accordingly ensure compliance.
But the former Nchanga rangers FC honcho is not deterrent of going to any stadia and says if ever gets harassed, he will not procrastinate to seek legal actions. Siwale was speaking to a Zambian online publication ZamFoot over his next move.
“If I ever gets harassed at any Stadium, I will not hesitate to go to the Court,” said Siwale.
“This won’t stop me from going to any stadia of my choice. They have no jurisdiction over me, so the ban is nullity.”
