England based duo of utility player Mwiya Malumo and winger Lifumpa Mwandwe are among the last 22 players remaining in the U20 national team squad for the Rwanda clash.
According to a list released to Zambianfootball.co.zm both Ndwandwe and Mwiya who are expected to join the team by Thursday. 2017 COSAFA U20 stars Martin Njobvu, Lameck Banda and Francisco Mwepu have been maintained.
Forest Rangers winger Kunda Nkandu has been dropped from the team. The team still needs further triming as the final squad needs to have 18 players.
Zambia will face Rwanda on 11th May away in Kigali before hosting the East Africans a week later. The winner over two legs will progress to the final round of qualification for the 2019 Niger U20 AFCON.
