Draw specialists, Lusaka Dynamos continued with their lack of prowess in front of goal as they missed a myriad of chances to draw 1-1 with 10 men Kitwe United this afternoon.
Following last weekend’s 3-0 win over the Bankers Sensational Zanaco and a draw with Green Buffaloes, Elite was expected to make easy work of whipping Boys, Kitwe United at Sunset Stadium in a Week 8 encounter.
Kitwe United was the first to strike in the 10th minute with Taddy Osok putting Chingalika in the lead against the run of play.
After a lot of missed chances, Collins Sikombe scored in the dying minutes to rescue a point for Lusaka Dynamos who have now drawn 7 of the eight games they have played so far but they remain unbeaten.
The match also saw the return of Namibian midfielder Willy Stephanus who had earlier left to push a move to Europe. Kitwe United was forced to play the last three minutes with a man down after Malani Gondwe was given marching orders.
The result sees Lusaka Dynamos move to fifth place with 10 points from a possible 24.
